The Divine is in Everything
God is not far away in the sky — God fills every atom of creation.
All this, whatsoever moves on earth, is to be hidden in the Lord (the Self). When thou hast surrendered all this, then thou mayest enjoy. Do not covet the wealth of any man!
सर्वभूतस्थमात्मानं सर्वभूतानि चात्मनि।
ईक्षते योगयुक्तात्मा सर्वत्र समदर्शनः।।6.29।।
sarva-bhūta-stham ātmānaṁ sarva-bhūtāni chātmani īkṣhate yoga-yuktātmā sarvatra sama-darśhanaḥ
With the mind harmonized by Yoga, he sees the Self abiding in all beings and all beings in the Self; he sees the same everywhere.

Look closely at anyone or anything — the same one light is shining there.
Echo
The Upanishad's ‘all is pervaded by God’ becomes the Guru's ‘in all is the one Light’ — immanence in two scriptures.
📖 A story to understand
At Mecca, Nanak was scolded for sleeping with his feet toward the holy Kaaba. ‘Then turn my feet where God is not,’ he replied. Whichever way they turned him, the holy direction seemed to follow — for the Divine is everywhere.
